the whole world is revealed to your new eyes."

I steward Connection, Presence, Truth, Awakening, Love, and Intimacy with self, one another, and the precious gifts this life has to offer.

* I believe in the process of creativity, spiritual alchemy, embodied wisdom, and living practice in our everyday life.
* I believe through the path of love and inquiry we access the Truth of who we are.
* I believe freedom and liberation is possible.
* I believe LOVE is the way forward.

We have the opportunity to shape our lives versus being molded by circumstance. This is the journey of Soul Awakening.

It’s time to wake up from the ways we sleepwalk, slumber through life. It should not take death to challenge you to remember your greatest potential and live your authentic life in more meaningful ways. Showing up and living authentically is a revolutionary act. It means embarking upon the courageous journey of self-discovery. Why wait to live the alive beautiful full expression of YOU that you were born to live?

My interest as a movement guide and retreat facilitator is to offer an embodied experience that respects each individual’s body and process. As a passionate student of life, I aim to co-create brave spaces where WE uplift one another to ignite and evoke change. Transformation, healing, magic, and hope happens when we gather together to care-take the journey of healing, learning, and awakening. We cannot human alone. Together is how we find our way.

Leading from a place of depth, authenticity, presence, curiosity, and heart; my approach stems from self-inquiry-based somatic exploration and learning; focusing on trauma, post traumatic growth, addiction, embodied presence, and the quest of the True Self. I blend the art and science of yoga with the self-care and lifestyle approach of Ayurveda. This combination offers a pathway to connection, embodiment, truth, and transformation.

Come. Come. Reach out your hand…Some rivers we must cross together.

Let's practice in the footsteps of LOVE.
