"In the choice to let go of your known way of being,

the whole world is revealed to your new eyes."
                                                                           - Danna Faulds from her poem "Allow."

My work is devoted to co-creating spaces where connection deepens, truth emerges, and soul remembers. I believe in the wisdom of the body. The transformative power of creativity.
The courage of honest inquiry. The freedom that comes from living authentically. And the knowing that Love is our greatest teacher.

Come. Reach out your hand. Some rivers are meant to be crossed together.

Let's practice in the footsteps of LOVE.
