"In the choice to let go of your known way of being,
the whole world is revealed to your new eyes."
- Danna Faulds from her poem "Allow."

I have a deep and wide understanding of how trauma impacts the mind, body, spirit, and heart. I also have a profound knowing of the possibilities that emerge from cultivating tools and healing practices to regulate and restore balance to the nervous system. My interest as a movement guide and retreat facilitator is to offer an embodied experience that respects each individual’s body and process. As a passionate student of life, I aim to co-create brave spaces for all people to feel seen, heard, and be fully themselves; as healing happens in the context of relationship. Together through community connection and communal care we grow, learn, and heal. Together is how we find our way.
Leading from a place of authenticity, presence, curiosity, and heart; my approach stems from self-inquiry-based somatic exploration and learning; focusing in trauma, post traumatic growth, addiction, body based presence, and the quest of the true Self. I blend the art and science of yoga with the self-care and lifestyle approach of Ayurveda. I believe this combination offers a pathway to connection, embodiment, truth, and transformation.
Forever a student, always learning, exploring, and growing.
Thank you for being a part of the journey with me.
